The Four Phases

Every skill in
the right order.

The sequence isn't random. Each phase builds on the last — your design eye makes your videos better, your video skills make your ads cheaper to produce, your ads data makes your SEO faster to rank.

01
Phase 01 · Foundation
✏️
Graphic

The skill that starts everything. Most hireable, most versatile, most transferable. Every lesson in layout, colour, and type compounds into every tool you'll ever learn.

Why This Order

Each skill
multiplies the last.

This isn't four separate courses. It's one compounding curriculum — where every new skill makes all your previous skills worth more.

01
Design first — always
Composition, colour, hierarchy, and typography are the grammar of every visual medium. Learn these once and they apply to every screen, frame, and ad creative you ever make.
02
Video uses your design eye immediately
Most editors learn grading and composition years into their career. You start with them. A designer editing video produces better work from the first cut — and charges more for it.
03
Ads need creative — you make it yourself
Ads managers who can't produce creatives outsource to designers. You are the designer. That makes you the most productive, lowest-cost, highest-quality ads operation available.
04
SEO compounds everything into equity
Your design builds better pages. Your videos increase dwell time. Your ads data tells you which keywords convert. SEO with three supporting skills behind it ranks faster and compounds longer.

What the full stack
actually earns.

Conservative monthly estimates at each stage of the journey. These numbers stack — Phase 2 income doesn't replace Phase 1, it adds to it.

Everyone starts here. The gap between Stage 1 and Stage 48 is the curriculum you're holding.
After Phase 01

per month
First paid design projects, live portfolio, freelance profiles active. Design alone is a full career.
After Phase 02
$2k–$5k
per month
Design + Video bundle. First retainer clients. The combination very few competitors can match.
After Phase 03
$4k–$10k
per month
Full creative partner packages. Design + Video + Ads. Retainer income becomes the baseline.
After Phase 04
$8k–$20k

All four skills active. One full-stack retainer client changes the financial equation completely.
The Point of All This
"Most people learn one skill and compete on price. The four-skill stack doesn't compete — it operates in a category of one. A designer who edits video, runs ads, and ranks on Google is a creative agency in a single person."
Common Questions

Everything you
want to know.

Honest answers to the questions most people have before committing to the first stage.

Do I need to complete all four phases?
No. Phase 01 (Graphic Design) is a complete career on its own — designers earn $500–$5,000/month from design alone. Each phase is genuinely standalone. The four-phase stack is the ceiling-free version, not the only version. Start with one and add phases when you're ready.
How long does each phase take?
Each phase has 12 stages, typically representing 12 weeks at one stage per week. At 2–3 hours per day, most people complete a phase in 3–4 months. Working faster or slower is entirely up to you — the stages are designed as milestones, not strict schedules.
What does it cost to get started?
Phase 01 requires only Canva (free) and Figma (free). Every core tool across all four phases has a free tier — Figma, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Search Console, Ahrefs free tools, and Screaming Frog's free crawl tier. You can complete all 48 stages for $0 if you choose tools carefully.
Do I need any prior experience?
None. Phase 01 starts with visual fundamentals — how design thinks, what colour psychology is, why hierarchy exists. No software experience is assumed. The only prerequisite is consistent daily effort over weeks. Skills are not innate — they are accumulated through deliberate repetition.
Can I skip a phase?
Technically yes, but the curriculum is sequenced deliberately. Phase 02 references Phase 01 skills dozens of times. Phase 03 assumes you can produce your own creatives. Phase 04 integrates all three. Skipping undermines the compounding effect — which is where most of the value lives.
Can I get a job, or is this only for freelancers?
Both. Phase 01 explicitly includes job application stages — building a portfolio, writing case studies, applying to junior design roles. Freelance income is highlighted because it's accessible faster, but the skills and portfolio built across 48 stages are equally compelling to employers in agency, brand, and startup environments.
How are these different from online courses?
Every stage ends with a concrete deliverable — a portfolio piece, a published article, a live campaign, a sent invoice. The focus is always on what you produce, not what you watch. Most courses teach theory and software features. This curriculum teaches projects, clients, and income — with software as a vehicle, not the destination.
What if I already know one of the skills?
Start at the phase that challenges you. If you're an existing designer, open Phase 02 and see how your design eye translates into video — the early stages will be fast, and the later ones will be genuinely new. Even experienced practitioners often find that the client-facing and business stages in each phase contain frameworks they've never formalised.
